For this purpose, the direct DC conductivity and the broadband dielectric spectroscopy measurements were used to describe the changes in dielectric responses of PU/ZnO nanocomposites over the frequency and temperature range, respectively. It can be stated that, the 1.0 wt.% nanoparticles and lower caused a decrease in the real relative permittivity compared to the pure PU resin, while the higher concentration of nanoparticles for frequencies above 1 Hz had the opposite effect. The presence of nanoparticles in the polyurethane resin affected the segmental dynamics of the polymer chain and changed a charge distribution in the given system. These changes caused a shift of local relaxation peaks in the spectra of imaginary permittivity and dissipation factor of nanocomposites. In order to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, research groups have shared viral genome sequence data through the Global Initiative on Sharing All Influenza Data (GISAID). Over the past year, ≈290,000 full SARS-CoV-2 proteome sequences have been deposited in the GISAID. Here, we used these sequences to assess the rate of nonsynonymous mutants over the entire viral proteome. Our analysis shows that SARS-CoV-2 proteins are mutating at substantially different rates, with most of the viral proteins exhibiting little mutational variability. As anticipated, our calculations capture previously reported mutations that arose in the first months of the pandemic, such as D614G (Spike), P323L (NSP12), and R203K/G204R (Nucleocapsid), but they also identify more recent mutations, such as A222V and L18F (Spike) and A220V (Nucleocapsid), among others. Our comprehensive temporal and geographical analyses show two distinct periods with different proteome mutation rates December 2019 to July 2020 and August to December 2020. Since gynecological LS surveillance guidelines are based on little evidence, we assessed its outcomes. Data regarding gynecological tumors, surveillance, and (risk-reducing) surgery were collected from female LS carriers diagnosed in our center since 1993. Of 505 female carriers, 104 had a gynecological malignancy prior to genetic LS diagnosis. Of 264 carriers eligible for gynecological management, 164 carriers gave informed consent and had available surveillance data 38 MLH1, 25 MSH2, 82 MSH6, and 19 PMS2 carriers (median follow-up 5.6 years). Gynecological management in LS carriers varied largely, stressing the need for uniform, evidence-based guidelines. Most ECs presented early and symptomatically, questioning the surveillance benefit in its current form.
