Is there ever a time when you’re stuck for something to say after meeting new people at a conference? It’s a two-hour e-bike experience which costs $6999 but will solve that problem nicely! Additionally, you’ll get a chance to learn about the city’s history and culture, as well as take some cool photos. Start your journey by picking up a helmet, bottled water, and a rider training manual from 506 Walsh St. As such, the organizers emphasize that anyone who can ride a push bike will be able to ride an e-bike.

Here’s the perfect antidote to Austin’s Sixth Street’s noise and intensity. Saint Cecilia is an 18-room hotel in honour of the patron saint of music and poetry. With its opulent design and secluded location, the five-star hotel is situated less than a mile away from Austin Convention Center. A swimming pool and free bikes are available to guests. Some rooms feature a river view as well as a swimming pool view, a private bathroom, a desk, and a private seating area.

    2. UXDX EMEA, Dublin

What is UXDX exactly? You’ve heard of UX (user experience) and UI (user interface). In modern digital design, UXDX refers to the relationship between UX Design and DevOps, which is what DX represents.

With the UXDX global conference, held this year in Dublin as well as online, you’ll gain insight into the latest product, UX, design and developer practices from leading companies. While learning these techniques, you’ll develop T-shaped skills and learn what modern digital teams are doing. From 12-14 October, all of this will be happening at the Royal Dublin Society in Dublin 4.

    Beyond the exhibition

Featuring the story of the Irish diaspora, EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum has been named Europe’s Leading Tourist Attraction in 2019, 2020 and 2021. Designed to make Irish history more than just a list of names and dates, the museum provides visitors with a unique experience of Irish history. The exhibits include video galleries and motion sensor quizzes that enable visitors to get hands-on with the subject matter. In general, you should expect to spend one to two hours at the museum, which is located at Custom House Quay, North Dock, Dublin 1.

There is a charming Spanish tapas bar located in Dublin 2 at the address of 12 Wexford Street. The place serves wines, beers, and tasty sangria along with award-winning tapas. The restaurant opened in 2015 by Anna, a native of Barcelona, and Vanessa, a local girl who both shared a passion for high-quality, authentic cuisine. The focus isn’t on haute cuisine, nor on flashy interiors, they claim. The idea is to create a relaxing and comfortable environment so people can feel at home and enjoy their meals. Open 5pm to 10:30pm on Thursdays, 5pm to 11pm on Fridays, 1pm to 10:30pm on Saturdays, and 1pm to 10:30pm on Sundays. Reservations are required, but it’s worth it.

Herringbone floors, wooden ceilings and original artwork characterize the Devlin’s hip, beautifully designed hotel. But that’s not all. As well as its 40 cosy modern rooms, it has a rooftop restaurant, a subterranean luxury cinema and a cocktail bar themed after Americana. This property is located at 117-119 Ranelagh, Dublin 6, a trendy neighborhood south of the city’s center. Taking a tram, which takes about five minutes, or walking 45 minutes to Temple Bar will take you there.

    3. Adobe Max

The Adobe Max conference is one of the world’s largest gatherings of creatives. As well as promoting Creative Cloud specifically, the event is a wonderful mix of software-focused reveals, sneak peeks and skill-building sessions, as well as talks by some of the most inspiring creatives in the world.

With a pre-conference on 16-17 October, it will return to Los Angeles for 2022, after being forced online during 2020-1. Check out all the free talks from last year’s virtual event on the website.

    Beyond the exhibition

Without sounding repetitive, The Broad is well worth a visit just for its interior design. Also, this contemporary art museum is next to Frank Gehry’s Walt Disney Concert Hall, so you’re getting two wows in one. There are over 120000 square feet of exhibit space filled with everything from Warhol’s and Koonz’s work to cutting-edge artists. Infinity Mirrored Room by Yayoi Kusama is currently one of the most important installations: a mirrored room illuminated by LED lights that you can enter for a minute at a time. For this exhibition, you must book in advance, but general admission and timed tickets are free.

In Southern California, El Compadre has become a popular spot for Mexican cuisine and beverages since 1975. It has clay roof tiles, wrought iron lanterns, and stained glass chandeliers, giving it the feel of an old-world hacienda. The eatery boasts live music from a trio singing Mexican classics every night, dim lighting, and a separate bar serving imported and domestic beer and mixed cocktails. We are open from 11am to 10pm Monday through Thursday, 11pm Friday and Saturday, and 9pm Sunday.
